Montinac may collect information you submit through checkout, release-list, access, and support forms, including your name, email address, product interest, TradingView username, device or platform details, order information, and support messages.
Payment information is processed by the configured checkout provider. Montinac does not directly store complete card information. Checkout, analytics, email, hosting, and customer-support providers may process data under their own policies.
Information may be used to provide products, verify purchases, grant access, deliver updates, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, improve products, and comply with legal obligations. Montinac does not sell personal information.
Reasonable technical measures are used to restrict access to stored submissions and webhook records, but no internet system is completely secure. Do not submit passwords, broker credentials, private API keys, or unnecessary financial information.
To request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal data, contact support@montinac.com. Some transaction and compliance records may need to be retained.
Optional website analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics 4 to understand page visits, product interest, guided screenshot-tour interactions, product-film playback and progress, checkout-link clicks, and successful release-list submissions. Our website integration does not load Google Analytics until you choose Allow analytics. Declining does not affect browsing, checkout, or support.
Google Analytics may receive technical information such as your browser and device characteristics, page information, referral source, and usage events, and may store first-party analytics cookies. Our integration disables advertising storage, Google signals, and advertising personalization. We do not use it to send the names, email addresses, TradingView usernames, support messages, or payment tokens entered in Montinac forms.
We send clean page addresses rather than arbitrary URL query strings. Valid campaign labels may be used to understand how visitors found the site; campaign labels must not contain personal information. This tracking implementation does not treat a checkout-link click or a visit to the onboarding page as proof of a purchase.
Your analytics choice is stored in this browser for up to 180 days. Analytics cookies created by this integration are configured with a 180-day lifetime. You can change your choice using Analytics preferences in the footer. On withdrawal, the site disables its analytics, clears accessible Google Analytics cookies, and reloads the page; this does not erase data already processed by Google. Browser privacy controls and blocking tools may also affect collection.
Google processes information under its privacy policy. Montinac may retain analytics reports according to the retention settings in its Analytics property. Contact support@montinac.com with privacy questions or requests.
